DATA PROTECTION PROVISIONS
The protection of personal and other pertinent data made available by the customers is an important concern for Digades GmbH Digitales und analoges Schaltungsdesign (hereinafter: Digades). These data protection provisions ensure the maintenance of data protection.
§ 1 Personal data

Personal data is data which identifies or can identify the customer. Digades adheres to a policy of data avoidance. As far as possible, the collection of personal data is avoided.
Personal data is used exclusively for establishing the contract, the content design, and the implementation or processing of the contractual relationship. It will fundamentally not be passed on to third parties. The use of personal data occurs only when necessary, particularly for the management of the customer account, or if Digades is required by law or court order or, if necessary, to lawfully prevent any violation of the General Terms and Conditions.
The customer may oppose the saving of personal data at any time. Excluded from this are data which must be kept for the purposes of processing the contract.
d) Right to information
Digades informs the customer about personal data held about them upon written request.
e) Right to correction, deletion and blocking of data
The customer has the right to correct, delete and block incorrect personal data upon application. The exercising of this right is free of charge and can be done simply by using the contact form. This takes place free of charge.
§ 2 Newsletter
If you register for our newsletter, we will use the data you shared with us in order to send you the newsletter. In this case, your email address will be used for advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. This permission can be revoked at any time with effect for all future publications, if you unsubscribe from the newsletter.
§ 3 Usage and registration data
For the website's "billboard", usage and registration data are processed and used within the necessary framework. Customer data and IP addresses are registered with the date and time in the log file and used and saved for the purposes of statistical analysis of the website. An amalgamation of usage and registration data with personal data does not take place.
